Pig and Poultry Network

Mission

The Pig and Poultry Network aims to support veterinarians working in the commercial pig and poultry industries.

We do this by:

advising the NZVA on matters such as policy, welfare codes and antimicrobial resistance (AMR)
providing technical support to GP veterinarians dealing with pig and poultry issues on farms and lifestyle blocks.

Membership is available for NZVA members as part of their annual subscription fee. There are a few ways you can sign up:

Choose the Pig and Poultry Network as one of your special interest branches (SIBs) when you join the NZVA or renew your membership.
Log into the NZVA website, view your profile and select the 'Subscriptions' tab. Click the 'Apply a subscription' button and select 'Pig and Poultry Network' from the dropdown menu.
