Industry Veterinarians Branch

Mission

The Industry Veterinarians Branch of the NZVA aims to advance the professional standards of veterinarians working in the industrial sector and act as a body of expert opinion on appropriate matters of scientific, business and political concern.

We do this by:

• promoting the free exchange of knowledge, ideas and opinions of mutual interest to our members, as well as veterinary and medical professionals
• helping and advising industry about employment standards for veterinary professionals.

Membership

Membership is available for NZVA members as part of their annual subscription fee. There are a few ways you can sign up: 

• Choose the Industry Veterinarians Branch as one of your special interest branches (SIBs) when you join the NZVA or renew your membership.
• Log into the NZVA website, view your profile and select the 'Subscriptions' tab. Click the 'Apply a subscription' button and select 'Industry Branch' from the dropdown menu.
• Email membership@vets.org.nz if you have any questions.
