Vet association supports petition to ban public sale of fireworks

MEDIA RELEASE Published on 3 June 2025. The New Zealand Veterinary Association Te Pae Kīrehe (NZVA) supports the petition to ban the public sale of fireworks that is expected to be presented to Parliament today.

This course aims to provide familiarity with the common upper airway disorders using upper airway videos of affected horses. You'll gain the tools to diagnose upper airway disorders accurately, to give appropriate treatment recommendations and prognosis for return-to-intended-function.

SpeakerDr Katharyn Mitchell BVSc, DVCS, DVM, PhD, Dipl. ACVIM (LAIM) - Kiwi born and bred, Katharyn (Kath) graduated from Massey in 2003 and then begun to circumnavigate the globe beginning in Australia. She completed an internship at both the University of Sydney (2003) and the University of Melbourne (2004-2005).
