COVID-19 and WVAC 2020
The NZVA and World Veterinary Association are currently monitoring the international COVID-19 situation.
We are consulting with the NZ Ministry of Health to determine the viability of proceeding with the World Veterinary Association Congress in New Zealand in April 2020.
The situation is evolving in New Zealand and new travel restrictions may be put in place by the Government, given the World Health Organisation’s declaration of a COVID-19 pandemic this week.
We will update you as soon as possible if anything changes, so you can plan accordingly. We appreciate this is a difficult time for everyone.
