The NZVA Board welcomes Corey Regnerus
The NZVA Board is delighted to welcome Corey Regnerus to the Board for a one year term.
Corey is passionate about the veterinary profession and has established several initiatives to help support other veterinarians and drive progress of the profession. He founded the Student Veterinary Business Society during his time at Massey and most recently the Veterinary Support Network, a peer-support network for new and recent graduates. He's had broad exposure to the profession, with previous roles in clinical practice, industry, food safety and biosecurity. He was a veterinary technician in small animal critical care in the USA before gaining his veterinary degree from Massey in 2017. He brings to the NZVA Board a passion for the sustainability of the profession, innovative thought and a fresh perspective.
Corey currently works as a Scientific Services Veterinarian for Royal Canin ANZ, where he is responsible for internal staff training, external clinic trainings, stakeholder management and supporting regulation for importation of pet nutrition. Congratulations, Corey!
