Silverdale Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced companion animal veterinarian (2+ years) to join our well-established 3-veterinarian GP clinic located just north of Auckland. We are perfectly positioned close to the stunning northern beaches and an easy bus ride into the city - ideal if you love nature, community, and a quick escape to the coast after work.

About the role:

We are seeking a confident, capable GP veterinarian who enjoys a mix of consulting, surgery, dentistry, and general case workups. You'll be supported to stretch your skills, manage interesting urgent-care presentations, and work with a team known for being incredibly kind, collegial, and supportive.

• 2+ years' experience in a companion animal practice
• Competent in routine GP tasks (consults, surgery, dentistry, case workups)
• Flexible weekday roster options (3, 4, or 5 days per week)
• One weekend shift (9-5 Saturday and Sunday) per month with optional days in lieu following
• A brilliant fit for someone ready to take the next step in autonomy while retaining strong mentorship
