Taupō Vet Centre is part of a progressive Vet Club with a strong farmer membership and over 80 years of trusted service across the greater Waikato. We’re known for combining practical expertise with outstanding care for both farming and small animal clients.

We’re seeking a full-time rural services co-ordinator to support our large animal team of veterinarians, field reps, and technicians at our Taupō clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact on the rural desk, assisting clients with product advice, bookings, and general enquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Large animal product rotation and ordering, and checking deliveries/good receipting
• Supporting rural promotions and client events
• Regular on-farm support (e.g. product delivery, assisting with procedures, farm client relationship building)
• General clinic administration and reception support as needed
• Assisting with veterinary docket entry and inventory management
• Booking large animal calls in diary and yearly planner booking

You’ll bring:

• Farming/agriculture experience and rural product knowledge
• Confidence working independently and, in a team
• Strong IT skills and a proactive approach to Health & Safety
