We need a switched-on veterinarian to join our production animal team.

If you are:

• A motivated veterinarian, preferably with experience in dairy cattle medicine.
• Committed to client service with a professional attitude.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• Ready for a change to a private practice with support and resources to grow your skills.

We will give you:

• Variety in the production animal field: dairy cattle, beef, sheep, goats, deer, and alpacas. There is no equine or small animal work in this position.
• Support to learn from an experienced team and to develop your own ideas.
• A shared 1:5 duty roster - production animals only.
• Own your own vehicle with re-imbursement for all mileage or we will provide one.
• A well-equipped practice with all the toys (backpack scanners, InfoVet etc.) and excellent support staff.
• We are a Lincoln Leadership Accredited Practice.

Cambridge is a great rural town, very close to Hamilton and easy driving distance from Tauranga, Taupō, Ruapehu, and Auckland. It has excellent facilities for sport, education and entertainment.
