CareVets Napier is seeking a dedicated veterinarian to join our team on a full-time basis. This role includes some weekend work, with flexible hours for the right candidate. This position has become available as our current veterinarian is relocating / heading overseas. You’ll step into a supportive environment with strong systems, modern facilities, and a welcoming, collaborative team.

About the role:

As a veterinarian at CareVets Napier, you’ll be a key member of our clinical team, involved in a variety of patient-focused duties:

• Client consultations and preventive healthcare
• Companion animal surgery and diagnostics
• Working collaboratively on patient cases and treatment plans

About you:

You’ll bring:

• A veterinary qualification (required)
• Experience in companion animal practice is preferred, but new and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
• Dedication to delivering gold-standard patient care
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a collaborative approach
