Tāwharau Ora - Massey University's School of Veterinary Sciences - invites applications for a full-time veterinarian or senior veterinarian to jin our community practice team in the Small Animal Hospital at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH).

Our AVMA-accredited veterinary programme is globally recognised. The VTH is New Zealand's most comprehensive veterinary facility, offering advanced diagnostics, treatments, and 24/7 emergency care. A major refurbishment is currently underway, further enhancing our state-of-the-art facilities.

This role focuses on first-opinion companion animal practice, including wellness, dentistry, medicine, surgery, and shelter medicine. You'll play a vital role in teaching final-year students through a mandatory clinical rotation. While most cases involve cats and dogs, interest in small mammals is welcomed.

We are seeking a collaborative, client-focused clinician with strong communication and teaching skills. A recognised veterinary qualification eligible for registration in New Zealand is essential.

Salary | $83,201 - $147,548 (NZD), commensurate with experience.
