We are looking for a motivated and compassionate veterinarian with companion animal experience to join us in a rare ‘cat only’ role. If you are passionate about feline practice or have an interest in pursuing further qualifications in this area, we want to hear from you! 

We are excited that Cat Doctor North Shore Veterinary Hospital has become part of the Veterinary Hospital Group family of clinics. The practice is situated on Auckland’s beautiful North Shore in an area well known for its wonderful local beaches, many cafes, good schools and easy access to the city for events.

The role:

• Responsibility for routine day-to-day consulting, diagnostics, surgery and dentistry in a modern well-equipped clinic working with a small team of qualified nurses. (The wider Veterinary Hospital Group of clinics also provide additional services such as I131 treatment and orthopaedics/advanced surgery for our patients.  Outpatient advanced imaging is also available locally.)
• Delivery of a high standard of care encompassing our belief that ‘pets are precious.’
• Contribute to the ongoing growth of the clinic and development of staff.
• Full or part-time roles may be considered - we have the flexibility to tailor a role to suit the right candidate.
• No after-hours duties as we are well supported by local emergency clinics.
• Saturday hours on a shared roster basis.
