3 Stone Vets is seeking an energetic and passionate mixed animal veterinarian to join our growing team in Te Awamutu. This can be either a full-time or part-time role providing veterinary services for both companion animals and dairy cows. 

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience, that would enjoy working and living in a thriving and welcoming rural community. Enjoy a dynamic, cooperative, and appreciative client base in a non-corporate clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Providing veterinary care to a wide range of animals, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and treatment of medical conditions and injuries.
• Perform surgical procedures
• Advise clients on preventive care, nutrition, and general animal health and welfare.
• Collaborate with the veterinary nursing team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

We have approachable and experienced veterinarians for help and support, with referral practices nearby and visiting in house veterinary specialists. 

We offer an attractive employment package and generous CPD allowance. There is no small animal afterhours as the clinic uses an OOH provider. Rostered 1 in 4 Saturday consults.
