Vetora Waikato is a progressive, farmer-owned veterinary club with eight clinics across the region. We’ve proudly supported farming and small animal clients for over 80 years with top-tier animal health services and award-winning staff development.

Due to an internal promotion, we’re seeking a Clinic Manager for our Hamilton team. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with other Clinic Managers, this role is key to maintaining our high standards of care, operational excellence, and positive workplace culture.

You’ll lead a supportive, long-standing team, focusing on smooth clinic operations, team motivation, efficient rosters, policy implementation, compliance, stock and debtor management, and delivering exceptional customer service.

We're looking for a natural leader with experience in veterinary or rural service-based industries. You'll need to be engaging, commercially savvy, and driven to improve team culture and clinic performance. A warm, collaborative nature and strong relationship-building skills are essential.
