We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time companion animal veterinarian. You will be based out of our Feilding clinic, which services the Manawatū area.
You will participate in the Saturday roster being approximately 1 in 6-8 weeks however there is no weeknight or weekend on-call. For an experienced veterinarian there is also the opportunity to pick up extra shifts with attractive remuneration rates as the regional after-hours weekend emergency service operates out of the Feilding clinic.
Key attributes:
- 3+ years of companion animal experience preferred, but recent graduates with enthusiasm and confidence considered.
- Ability to mentor and support new graduate veterinarians/willingness to grow into this role.
- Commitment to client service with a professional attitude.
- Confidence to work independently in a busy companion animal practice.
- Good time management and proven organisational skills.
- Displays great interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Willingness to work weekend clinics as part of a rotational system.

Our Feilding clinic is a mixed practice of veterinarians servicing the Manawatū community with experienced teams for both production and companion animals, supported by a skilled business support team.
