The Vet Centre, is on the lookout for a passionate Companion Animal Veterinarian to join our vibrant team. With five clinics spanning the picturesque Kaipara and Bream Bay regions of the winterless North, we offer a unique blend of professional fulfilment and idyllic lifestyle.

The role

As an experienced companion animal veterinarian (or mixed veterinarian with a companion animal focus), you’ll be delivering exceptional care to our loyal clients and their pets in Mangawhai. Working alongside a dedicated team of companion animal and mixed animal veterinarians, you’ll be supported by our skilled veterinary nurses, technicians, and customer service teams, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.

Plus, with access to full orthopaedic surgery services and proximity to referral clinics in Auckland, you’ll have everything you need to excel in your role, with the added bonus of providing a vital local after-hours service.

About The Vet Centre

We’re a fast growing mixed practice, with close to 50 employees. We have recently changed from a veterinary club ownership model to an independent practice, with back-office support from Franklin Vets and all four owners working as veterinarians in the business.
