NZVA have partnered with Peopl3 to provide HR support to members.
Peopl3 provide pragmatic, peer reviewed Human Resource and Health and Safety advice to small and medium businesses. They can provide advice on employment issues, contracts, employee performance, managing exits, safety and recruitment. They can also assist with employee change and restructuring, employment surveys, succession and talent management, policy and processes, and performance review frameworks.
Members can receive HR advice with just a phone call. The first 15-minute consultation is free, with further normal hourly rates applying after this ($175 per hour +gst). Peopl3 will tailor their services to meet your requirements.
