As part of the continuing professional development (CPD) team, the CPD Technical Advisor works with the Operations and Education Manager, Special Interest Branches and agreed stakeholders to develop a scientific and technical CPD framework that supports our goal of veterinarians being one of the most valued and trusted professions. 

This Role Would Suit A Veterinarian With

  • A solid clinical background
  • An understanding of adult learning
  • Knowledge of and an interest in educational delivery

Applicants Will Also Display the Following Attributes

  • A self-starter and strong finisher who is structured and can prioritise tasks to achieve results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, influencing and relationship management skills
  • Professional integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Customer and team centric.

The successful candidate can work from home or in the NZVA office in Wellington.
