The opportunity:
Join us in a key leadership role at Xcell, where you will oversee the veterinary clinical direction of our advanced breeding business in New Zealand. This role spans crucial functions, including Semen Collection, Embryo Transfer, in its many forms, Artificial insemination. Covering the end-to-end artificial breeding process from semen and embryo production to placement in the animals.

- Shape the future: Develop the strategic vision, develop and execute the advanced breeding strategy, drive continuous improvements of advanced breeding processes, and actively contribute to the Xcell's overarching vision.
- Lead with impact: Provide direction to the advanced breeding teams and contractors fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Drive excellence: Ensure operational excellence by adopting best practices for efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Commercial initiatives: Launch new business initiatives, drive the growth of existing activities, and execute changes for enhanced productivity.
