Notice is hereby given for the 97th Annual General Meeting of the New Zealand Veterinary Association Incorporated, which will be held on Wednesday 26th August 2020, commencing at 5.00pm, via zoom.

REGISTRATION
To register your attendance at the AGM, please send an email to Megan Miller on executive@vets.org.nz who will send you a zoom link to the meeting. Attendees should register by 5pm Monday 17th August.

AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION
The following amendments to the constitution w ill be voted on at the AGM. If you have any questions regarding this or seek further clarification please contact Megan Miller on executive@vets.org.nz

HOW VOTING WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE AGM
Ordinary Members, Retired Member and Life Members are eligible to vote at the AGM. Those who wish to vote must be identifiable by name on the zoom. The vote will take place by eligible attendees raising their hand to indicate if they are for or against the amendments to the Constitution. You will need to use the camera function on your computer to vote. If you are unable to attend the AGM please complete this proxy form and return to Megan Miller on executive@vets.org.nz by 5pm Monday 24th August.
